I read an article by Kenneth R. Harney entitled "Real Estate Outlook: Positive Signs of Recovery." the article was Published on March 15, 2010.

He addresses the positive signs on employment and national economic growth that should start being felt in the housing market as stated by top economists.

In Maggie Valley; we are already seeing this and look forward to the spring and summer market. We all know that real estate helps to fuel the economy and for myself, helping folks find that perfect piece of real estate or the mountain dream home is why I became a Realtor.
